Review:

“We don’t have too many cameras on the ground at this time because news organizations have been advised to stay away. But even from this height it’s clear that the CDC’s claims are…they’re absurd.”

This is not a drill, ladies and gentlemen, the shit has hit the fan, and it is a sight to see. Incursion #3 opens with an action-packed scene that showcases the battles that are ensuing as Earth becomes overrun with undead fiends. Meanwhile, the Eternal Warrior continues his mission in the Deadside, while Doctor Mirage and Hwen struggle to keep Tama alive. Ah! the tension.

I am impressed at how Alex Paknadel has managed to generate more and more momentum with each issue, packing each panel with action and dramatic tension throughout this short, but exciting, run. Doug Braithwaite’s artwork is set to stun, and continues to impress.

At this point, I’m unsure of how this conflict is going to end, but however it does, the Valiant universe will be left changed.

The Bottom Line:

Thrilling and well-crafted, Incursion remains a must-read; as the plot progress, I find myself becoming more and more engrossed in the ever-expanding Valiant universe

Jupiter’s Legacy Is Not Watchmen and That’s Okay: Netflix Original Series Review

Jupiter’s Legacy hits incredibly hard while offering viewers a well-crafted blend of caped-crusading-escapism and social commentary; this combination makes for a grounded viewing experience that’s as exciting as it is though-provoking. Jupiter’s Legacy is a must-watch series.

Eve #1 Review

Eve is more than just a typical “save the planet” story. It is more about a little girl’s courage and a love that endures even in simulation. Armed with the fake bear and a dinghy, her adventure starts.
